Nadine Roux currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards EMEA & APAC and Global Compensation Lead at Kidde Global Solutions, where responsibilities include leading the Total Rewards transformation journey and managing global Compensation and Performance Management processes. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Newell Brands as Director of Total Rewards EMEA, alongside significant contributions at Médecins Sans Frontières, Ralph Lauren, and Novartis in various compensation and benefits capacities. Nadine holds a Master’s degree in Psychology & Ergonomics from BORDEAUX II University and has pursued further education in Organization Development and Project Management.
