Alex Phounsanoy currently serves as a Portfolio Assistant at Kidder Mathews since August 2023. Prior experience includes a supervisor role at Sharetea from April 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities involved training team members and analyzing customer preferences to enhance satisfaction and upselling. Additional experience comprises a position as Learning Ambassador at Amazon, managing delivery routes and coordinating associate break times to improve operational efficiency, as well as a Shift Lead role at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, where supervision of online orders and customer suggestions contributed to sales growth. Alex began the career as a Crew Member at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Washington, completed in June 2023, following studies at Edmonds College from 2019 to 2020.
