Angel Castaneda

Angel Castaneda has a robust background in property appraisal and management, currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Kidder Mathews since May 2017. Prior experience includes a role as a Property Appraiser for Multnomah County from June 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities involved conducting field audits, property inspections, and preparing narrative appraisal reports in accordance with standards and regulations. Angel also interned with the DART, ensuring the validity of property tax exemption applications. While at Warner Pacific College, leadership abilities were demonstrated as Communications & Operations Manager for the Student Government and as a Constituent & Policy Intern for the City of Portland's Mayor's Office. Education was completed at Warner Pacific University from 2013 to 2017.
