Chuck Wells

Chuck Wells is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate with a focus on the Restaurant and Hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Shareholder at Kidder Mathews since October 2018, Chuck specializes in site selection and disposition for national and regional brands as well as select local, multi-unit operators. Prior to this role, Chuck held the position of Managing Partner and Designated Broker at Advisors Commercial Real Estate from June 2016 to October 2018, where the focus was on brokerage services within the retail and hospitality industries. Chuck's extensive background includes roles at Phoenix Commercial Advisors as Associate Vice President, CBS/KOLL/Insignia as Associate Vice President, and DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services as an Associate. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, obtained from 1980 to 1984.
