Dave Carder

Dave Carder is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and sales of office and land/business park assets. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Shareholder at Kidder Mathews since May 2023, Dave previously held the position of Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield from May 2017 to May 2023. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President roles at both CBRE, Inc. and CBRE, where contributions spanned from February 2009 to April 2017 and from October 1996 to October 2005, respectively. Additionally, Dave served as Vice President and AZ Market Officer at Lauth Property Group from October 2005 to February 2009, focusing on office and industrial development and leasing.
