Erin French

COO, Asset Services at Kidder Mathews

Erin French oversees asset services operations, quality control, and delivery of Kidder Mathews’ Asset Services companywide. Prior to her current role, Erin led Kidder Mathews’ South Sound property management group in Tacoma for 17 years. Erin joined Kidder Mathews in 2002 and has been a shareholder since 2004.

Erin began her career in commercial property management in 1993, specializing in medical, suburban office, and industrial properties. Over the course of her career, she has managed for all types of ownerships including individuals, institutional investors, non-profits, and financial institutions.

Erin’s experience includes an extensive construction management background, with the largest job under her direct supervision being a $2.5 million build-out for the United States Postal Service. She was involved in the development of one million square feet of industrial product, the complete restoration of a historic building, the renovation of common areas of three different medical office buildings, and the commissioning of seven new industrial buildings.

Erin’s experience also includes leasing as a landlord representative. Some of the more noteworthy deals that Erin has negotiated include the renewal and expansion of Graebel Quality Movers for 161,500 square feet of industrial space and the renewal and expansion of GTE / Verizon for 66,500 square feet of office space. Erin also played a critical role in the stabilization and disposition of Memorial Medical Plaza, a 90,000 square foot medical office building. Erin managed the building from 2004 – 2014; in 2014, she was involved in the sale of the asset.

Erin is licensed in real estate in the state of Washington, a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She received the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 2002, and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2009.
