Gil Fitzpatrick

Gil Fitzpatrick, RPA, currently serves as Senior Property Manager at Kidder Mathews, responsible for managing the FCC property since April 2022. Prior to this role, Gil held the position of Vice President of Commercial Properties at Fortress Property Management, Inc., where tasks included overseeing property management contracts and assisting residential property managers. Gil also has extensive experience as Senior Property Manager at Colliers International, managing multiple properties in Oregon and Washington. Earlier positions include Facility Manager roles at ABM Industries and CBRE, as well as Property Manager at KOIN Center, and Property Accountant at Louis Dreyfus Property Group. Gil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Warner Pacific University.
