Jack Whalen

Jack Whalen, SIOR, CPA boasts twenty-seven years of experience in the commercial and industrial real estate sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Shareholder at Kidder Mathews since April 2017. Concurrently, Jack Whalen holds the position of Senior Vice President at HEGER INDUSTRIAL, a role started in April 2013 after several years with McKinney Travers Realty Corporation. A member and Treasurer of SIOR and AIR since January 2000, Jack Whalen also has a consulting history with CSCMP and WERC during the early 2000s. Prior professional experience includes seven years as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte, focusing on emerging businesses and real estate. Jack Whalen earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Southern California and graduated from Bishop Montgomery High School.
