Kyle Brown

Kyle Brown, MAI, is a seasoned professional in the field of valuation advisory services, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kyle worked at Stephen Brown Associates, Inc. from July 2007 to February 2024 as a Certified General Appraiser, gaining extensive experience in appraising a diverse range of property types across Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito, and San Luis Obispo Counties. Additionally, Kyle held the position of Agricultural Appraiser at Pettitt Lands from January 2010 to March 2017, further enhancing expertise in agricultural valuations.
