Lee Durbin has a diverse work experience, starting with the US Navy from 2002 to 2009 as a Nuclear Machinist Mate. Durbin then worked at Lee Technologies as a Senior Critical Facilities Technician from 2010 to 2012, where they operated a data center Water Treatment Facility. From 2012 to 2015, Durbin worked at Server Farm Realty, LLC as a Facility Manager and Lead Facility Engineer, responsible for vendor coordination, documentation, and monitoring plant operating parameters. Durbin joined Hines in 2015 as an Operating Engineer, responsible for developing and administering the preventative maintenance program for the Amazon Rufus 2.0 campus. From 2018 to 2023, Durbin worked at Healthcare Re, starting as a Maintenance Engineer and then moving up to Maintenance Supervisor and Chief Engineer, overseeing multiple buildings and major projects. Currently, Durbin is working at Kidder Mathews as a Regional Chief Building Engineer.
Lee Durbin earned an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Seattle College from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2010, they studied Welding at Centralia College but did not obtain a degree in that field.
