Peter Dunn

Peter Dunn is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews since April 2024. Prior to this role, Peter was the Vice President of Investment Sales at Northmarq from August 2023 to May 2024, and held the position of Senior Broker at CPX from November 2021 to August 2023. As a Partner at Capital Pacific from 2013 to November 2021, Peter contributed significantly to the firm's success. Earlier in their career, Peter was an Associate Broker at Cushman & Wakefield, Controller at Dunn Electronics, Inc., and worked in research at Apex Real Estate Partners. Peter also managed audits at Telluride Ski Resort from November 2004 to October 2006.
