Stan Sidor

Stan Sidor, MAI, AI-GRS, CRE, currently serves as a Commissioner on the Washington State Real Estate Appraiser Commission, an appointment made for a six-year term starting in January 2020. With extensive experience in commercial real estate valuation and consulting at Kidder Mathews since February 2003, Stan holds the position of Senior Vice President, Manager, and Shareholder, also functioning as Vice President and Manager previously. Additionally, Stan has held leadership roles in the Appraiser's Coalition of Washington, including President and Vice President, advocating for legislative changes affecting appraisers in the state. Other notable positions include appraiser at Strickland, Heischman & Hoss and roles in asset management at Partners and Bank of America. Stan's academic background includes a BA in Speech Communications from the University of Washington and studies at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
