From 2009 to 2013, they held the roles of Co-founder, Board Advisor at Ananta Operating Co. and Vice President at HarbourVest Partners. In 2013, they also became an Investor/Advisor at Info Assembly. In 2011, they were a Principal at Northgate Capital. From 2007 to 2013, they were a Co-Founder, Advisor at ThinkLink and an Angel/Seed Investor, Startup Advisor for various companies. In 2015, they Co-Founded Kiddo, a connected care platform for pediatrics integrating remote health monitoring for children with a care giver coaching app, on demand telehealth and clinician diagnostic support. In 2020, they became a Venture Partner/Advisor at Iron Pillar.

CJ Swamy attended The Wharton School from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained their MBA in Finance and Private Equity. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 1997 to 2001.
