Amy Cooper

Amy Cooper is an accomplished senior recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human capital management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Kiddom since November 2024, Amy previously held roles at Tesla as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter from February 2021 to May 2024. Amy's career includes significant achievements at ringDNA, where as the first recruiter, over 50 employees were hired, and various HR policies were developed to enhance employee engagement and streamline operations. Notably, Amy has also worked at Sentieo, MobileIron, memoryBlue, NATO ACT Innovation Hub, MKTG INC, and Comcast Spectacor, accumulating a diverse skill set in recruiting, employee development, and marketing. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Old Dominion University, earned in 2016.
