Darin Enferadi

Darin Enferadi is the current Head of Talent at Kiddom. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Talent at Apollo from October 2017 to August 2018, and as the Head of Talent at Parsable from February 2016 to October 2017.

Darin has extensive experience in building and scaling recruiting functions from scratch. Darin has also optimized and improved employment brands, conducted interview training, and taught inexperienced founders how to sell.

At Kiddom, Darin is responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition and management. Darin oversees the recruiting team, creates recruiting best practices, and manages the tech stack for all recruiting and sourcing tools. Darin also rebuilt the employment brand after a company rebrand and major product pivot.

Darin Enferadi studied anthropology at the University of California, Santa Cruz before completing a degree in human resources management from UC Berkeley Extension. Darin began their educational career at Monte Vista High School.
