Tri Nguyen is an experienced manager with a robust background in customer service and technical support roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Kare at KidKare by MinuteMenu since April 2024, Tri previously held the position of Sr. Manager Solution Engineering at Extend from August 2021 to April 2024 and Sr. Manager, Technical Support at WP Engine from April 2016 to August 2021. A former Team Lead for the Relationship team at Volusion, LLC, Tri successfully guided a team of Account Managers to enhance eCommerce conversions for premium clients. Additional experience includes roles in e-commerce support, customer service, and sales at iEnergizer, Yodle, and Triumph Cafe, demonstrating a strong foundation in both technical and management skills, complemented by a high school diploma in Business Management from Austin Community College.
