The Head Of Departments team at Kids oversees strategic leadership and operational management across various functions. The Head Of IT And Data Processing ensures robust technological infrastructure and data management; the Head Of Partnerships develops and maintains collaborations with external entities; the Head Of Quality And Performance monitors and enhances service delivery standards; the Head Of Marketing drives awareness and engagement initiatives; and the Head Of Finance manages financial planning and budgeting. Collectively, this team ensures the charity can effectively support and expand its reach to disabled young people and their families.
