Kara Donaldson

Kara Donaldson is a seasoned professional in the field of marriage and family therapy, currently serving as a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at both the Centre for Suicide Research and Intervention and Karen Vineyard Church since January 2024. Additionally, Kara has been a Family Strengthening Coordinator at Kids Alive International since October 2019, where trauma-care interventions and program development measures are implemented. As the Co-Founder and CEO of The Adoptee Collective, Kara focuses on providing post-adoption support for adoptees and adoptive families. Previous roles include Student Liaison at International Treasure House Ministries Inc. and Independent Distributor for Young Living Essential Oils. Kara is pursuing a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at United States International University - Africa and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Bible from Hardin-Simmons University, along with a certificate in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from Coursera.
