Elahe Sarafian is a seasoned data and analytics professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Data & Analytics Lead and previously as a Data Analyst at Kids First Australia, Elahe has demonstrated expertise in data analytics, project management, and real-time data visualization using tools such as Tableau and Python. Prior roles include Data Analyst at Moreland City Council, Cofounder of Realitcis, and Data Science Project Manager at Estate Insight, showcasing a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to data-driven decision-making. Elahe's career began at Pars Zagros Heavy Machinery as a Project Control Coordinator, where operational optimization was a key focus. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering Project Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Shahid Bahonar University.
