Lesley Altobelli (MAHRI) serves as the People and Culture Coordinator at Kids First Australia since March 2018, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture, supporting workforce diversity strategies, and managing employee relations. Previous roles include Administration Lead and Manager of Finance and HR at Wise-Sync, and Human Resources Manager at BHA Education, encompassing various HR and financial management functions. Early career experience includes serving as Financial Services Regional Sales Manager at Countrywide Plc and Business Development Manager at Powerhouse Fitness Ltd. Lesley holds multiple educational qualifications, including a recent Project Management Practice degree from Swinburne University of Technology and an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Australian Institute of Innovation and Technology.
