Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Kids First Chicago is responsible for guiding the strategic vision and overall direction of the organization. Comprised of key executives such as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Of Policy, Chief Of Development And External Affairs, and Chief Of Data Science And Research, this team works collaboratively to ensure that high-quality public education is accessible to all families. They oversee policy development, spearhead external partnerships and fundraising efforts, and leverage data science and research to inform decision-making and enhance educational outcomes for Chicago’s children.
