Laurie Maas

Laurie Maas has a diverse background in customer service and management, currently serving as the Floral Manager at Safeway since June 2022, where responsibilities include managing floral arrangements and ordering plants. Since November 2010, Laurie has also been a Water Aerobics Instructor at KIDS FIRST Swim Schools. Previous experience includes roles at the Alzheimer's Association as a Helpline Associate and Logistics & Technology Associate, supporting customer service at Champion Doors and Windows, and working as a Software Support professional at Greater Chesapeake Orthopaedics. Additionally, positions at McGladrey and Comcast Cable enhanced Laurie's customer service skills and technical knowledge. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Stevenson University and an Associate of Arts degree from the Community College of Baltimore County.
