Kelly Drouet-Hill

Kelly Drouet-Hill, M.A., BCBA, currently serves as the Clinical Director at MySpot since March 2023, overseeing a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs to ensure ethical practices and compliance with clinical standards. Additionally, Kelly acts as an Educational Consultant for Exceptional Milestones, LLC, collaborating with families of individuals with exceptionalities and providing tailored training and support. Previous experience includes roles as Clinical Director at Early ABA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Santiago & Friends, and Telehealth RBT at Butterfly Effects. Kelly holds a Master's Degree in Special Education and has completed BCBA coursework at the Florida Institute of Technology.
