Matthew Fugel

Matthew Fugel has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Matthew started their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer I at The Network, Inc in 2006 and later became a Systems Engineer, where they managed multiple environments and completed hardware upgrades. Matthew also worked as a QA Analyst at Orasi Software in 2012. Matthew'smost recent position was at Kids II, where they held several roles. Matthew started as an IT Infrastructure Engineer in 2016 and was responsible for various tasks such as datacenter migration, SCCM deployment, PowerShell automation, and backup and recovery implementation. Matthew then progressed to Manager, IT Infrastructure & Architecture, where they managed a team of engineers overseeing global IT infrastructure. Finally, they became a Sr. Manager and eventually the Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations, where they provided strategic direction and managed IT vendor relationships.

Matthew Fugel attended Georgia Southern University from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Information Technology. Matthew has additional certifications, including ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice, NetApp Certified Storage Associate - Hybrid Cloud from NetApp (obtained in 2016), Certified Meraki Network Operator from Cisco Meraki (obtained in 2016), and Webex Ambassador - Power User from Cisco (obtained in 2022).
