This includes budgeting, financial planning, compliance, and accurate financial reporting to ensure that funds are utilized effectively to support over 11,000 children and youth with special needs. By overseeing donations and expenses, they ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to provide essential services and achieve the organization's mission of making brighter futures possible.
