Larissa Jimenez, MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Larissa began their career in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant at Epic Health Services, Inc., where they managed various front office tasks and ensured compliance. In 2015, Larissa joined KidsCare Home Health as an Authorizations Coordinator, where they coordinated authorizations for Medicaid and Commercial Payers. Larissa then progressed to become an Operations Specialist, responsible for managing operations and cultivating personnel. Larissa's hard work and dedication led to their promotion as an Operations Manager in 2018, where they built and developed the Colorado office from the home office in Addison, Texas. Larissa successfully implemented policies, created metrics, and expanded the team. Larissa's most recent role at KidsCare is Director of Growth Operations, which they assumed in 2021. Throughout their career, Larissa has consistently demonstrated their skills in operations management, personnel development, and policy implementation. Larissa completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Texas Woman's University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to obtaining their MBA, Larissa earned a degree in Psychology with a focus on Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences at Texas State University from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they hold an Associate's degree in Marketing from Champlain College, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010.
