Rebecca Small

Rebecca Small has been working in the Human Resources field since 2016. Rebecca started off as an HR Assistant at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, followed by an HR Manager role at Starcount. In 2018, they moved to The Female Lead, where they held the roles of Campaign Manager and Project Lead. Currently, Rebecca is a Senior Influencer Manager at KidsKnowBest.

Rebecca Small attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended The British School Al Khubairat from 2003 to 2012. Rebecca also holds a PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from Knowledge Train®.
