Christen Blackledge, MBA, has a strong background in event management and fundraising. With experience at organizations like Kids Meals, Inc. and Houston SPCA, they have developed and executed fundraising events, managed donor relations, and provided strategic leadership for various initiatives. Their education includes a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, as well as bachelor's degrees in Finance and Business Administration.

Kids' Meals’ mission is to deliver free, healthy meals year-round to the doorsteps of Houston's hungriest preschool-aged children. But Kids’ Meals delivers more than a meal, we deliver hope to families in crisis. Chronically hungry children suffer permanent developmental impairments that limit physical, intellectual and emotional growth and lead to chronic illnesses like asthma, obesity, depression and anxiety. Kids’ Meals doesn’t just impact a hungry child’s meal time; we impact their lifetime. Kids’ Meals is the only home meal delivery program in the nation focused on children, and since our founding in 2006, we have delivered more than 4 million meals. #feedourfuture Interested in volunteering?
