Ann McCauley

VP, Development at KidsPeace

Ann McCauley is the current Vice President of Development at KidsPeace. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Leadership Giving at Heritage Conservancy from July 2014 to September 2016. In this role, they were responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the individual major donor program to meet Heritage Conservancy's major gifts fundraising goal and build the individual donor base. Ann was also responsible for direct solicitation of gifts as well as for coordination of other staff and board members in additional cultivation and solicitation.

From September 2012 to July 2014, McCauley served as the Executive Director at Bucks County Audubon Society at Honey Hollow. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management of the organization, including financial management, program development, fund development, volunteer recruitment and management, and staff supervision.

McCauley has also been a business owner, running The Broken Barn from October 2005 to June 2013. During this time, they were responsible for all aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations.

McCauley began their career in 1990 as the Director of Marketing at Sylvan Learning Systems, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to promote Sylvan's tutoring services. Ann also oversaw the company's advertising and public relations campaigns. In 1989, they became the Executive Director at Sylvan Learning Center, where they oversaw the center's operations and staff.

Ann McCauley reports to Michael Slack, President & CEO. Ann McCauley works with Michael Callan - Chief Financial Officer, Matthew Koval - Chief Medical Officer, and Patrick Slattery - VP, Business Development.
