William Chagnon Mba

William Chagnon has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. William is currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at KidsPeace since 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Nursing at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, William worked at KidsPeace, starting in 2012. During their tenure at KidsPeace, they held various roles including Nurse Manager from 2017 to 2021, Nurse Supervisor from 2013 to 2017, and Mental Health Nurse from 2012 to 2013. In these positions, they were responsible for supervising mental health nurses, developing protocols, providing quality assurance controls, and training employees. William also provided physical and mental health care to children in a residential treatment environment.

Prior to their work at KidsPeace, William started their career as a Nurse Graduate at Three Rivers Community College from 2006 to 2012.

William Chagnon has a comprehensive education history. William obtained an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Three Rivers - CT State Community College from 2006 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing from Drexel University between 2013 and 2017. Continuing their education, William earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2018 to 2022. Furthermore, they hold additional certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in April 2016, and in HIV Prevention Counseling from the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
