Mike Shishkin

Mike Shishkin is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative agencies. As the founder and creative director of Kidults since September 2020, Mike has cultivated a Barcelona-based agency that merges childlike enthusiasm with adult expertise to achieve remarkable results. Additionally, since March 2019, Mike has co-founded TeamCheck, a simplified CRM tool designed to enhance team autonomy and reduce micromanagement. Prior experience includes founding shishki.collective, a creative design agency that operated from January 2009 to February 2022, specializing in fundamentally rethinking companies through a bold and conscious approach. Mike also served as a senior lecturer at Saint-Petersburg State University from September 2013 to December 2020, contributing to one of Russia's oldest and most prestigious institutions of higher education.
