Pardeep Guru is an accomplished operations executive with a strong background in education, technology, and sports management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Emagination STEM Camps, Pardeep focuses on transforming innovative ideas into market-ready solutions while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals. Previously, Pardeep held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Brains & Motion Education, where responsibilities included integrating educational concepts into impactful programs. Pardeep has also led operational strategies as Director of Operations at Total Soccer Development and GLEN RIDGE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION, emphasizing scalable program development. Pardeep holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport & Exercise Science from State University of New York Cortland.
