Matthias Hausmann

Matthias Hausmann has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role as the Head of Research and Development at KIEFEL GmbH. In this position, they were responsible for various tasks including pre-development, innovation, technology, scouting, prototyping, as well as leading the Natural Fiber Laboratory and Material Test Fields.

Matthias also has experience as a Co-Founder and Shareholder at OPTRONIA, and previously worked as the Head of Development at Alzmetall. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Design at EMCO Corporation and as a Designer at SCANLAB GmbH.

Matthias Hausmann studied from 1997 to 2003 at the Technical University of Munich, where they obtained a degree in Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering) with the title of Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.).
