Erin Ecklof

Throughout her 15-plus years with the Kiely Family of Companies, Erin Ecklof has consistently said yes to new opportunities and risen to greater responsibilities. Erin began her career with Kiely in administration, supporting the company’s New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) contract crews and supervisors. After excelling in that position and numerous others, she was asked in 2015 to play a key role in launching Kiely Development Co.

Erin jumped into an on-the-job crash course and soon gained a stronghold on all aspects of residential and commercial development as well as real estate sales and property management. In 2019, she completed a crucial and complex internal real estate project involving Kiely’s new corporate headquarters and was promoted to General Manager of Kiely Development Co.

Erin manages the large portfolio of real estate owned and operated by the Kiely Family of Companies. Her team delivers property management and maintenance services for many residential and commercial properties along the East Coast. In addition to providing lease management for both internal and external tenants, Erin works on new development projects and evaluates opportunities in tune with Kiely’s continued growth and expansion.
