Colin Clements, CPA has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Colin started their career at KPMG, LLP as an Audit Manager, where they gained experience managing financial statement audits for SEC and foreign SEC registrants. Colin then joined Pulte Homes as Vice President Finance, overseeing three divisions and five joint ventures. After that, they worked at Top Grade Construction as a Company Controller, where they managed all facets of the accounting operation and financial statement preparation. Colin also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Wellhead Electric Company, Inc., an independent energy development and production company, and at Albert D. Seeno Construction Company. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Kier & Wright Civil Engineers & Surveyors, Inc.
Colin Clements, CPA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (magna cum laude) from California State University-Sacramento, which they earned from 1995 to 1998. Colin is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the California State Board of Accountancy in 2000. Furthermore, Colin obtained the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) certification from the CFMA in August 2012.
