Marilynn Stratton

Marilynn Stratton has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Marilynn is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Kier & Wright since May 2023, where they previously held the role of Director of Marketing starting in May 2020. Prior to that, Marilynn worked as a Marketing Manager at HED from April 2018 to February 2020, where they implemented LEAN methodology and integrated MS Teams for improved collaboration. Marilynn also held the position of Marketing Director & Business Manager at Advanced Trenchless Inc. from January 2014 to October 2017. Additionally, Marilynn worked as an Independent Contractor from September 2012 to December 2013, executing social media campaigns for various clients. Marilynn was also a Director of Communications & Marketing at PR&P Architects from March 2013 to September 2013, managing conferences and executing marketing campaigns. Marilynn was a Marketing Manager at Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc. (MIG) from January 2011 to August 2012, where they developed client outreach programs and executed business development campaigns. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Manager & Executive Assistant at Mack5 from April 2010 to December 2010, contributing to proposal management and development. Marilynn also held the role of Office & Marketing Manager at Paul Roberts & Partners, Inc. from April 2006 to December 2009, streamlining the SOQ/Proposal process and refining brand image. Marilynn began their career as a Marketing Manager & SEO Manager at 1250media (formerly GoTraffic Interactive) from January 2005 to April 2006 and as an SEO Manager at Go Traffic Interactive in 2004.

Marilynn Stratton obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Davis, from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Mathematics, Arts, and Humanities at Napa Valley College, from 1998 to 2003. In 2013, they also received an Advanced Word Processing Certificate from Bolt Staffing.
