Erin Gilligan is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in global marketing and advancement communications. Currently serving as Communications Director and Chief Advancement Officer for Kieve Wavus Education, Inc. since February 2022, Erin previously held the position of Senior Associate Director of Advancement Communications at Colby College from May 2017 to February 2022. Prior freelance work involved consulting for brands such as Aramis & Designer Fragrances and the Institute for Doctoral Studies in the Visual Arts. Erin's work at The Estée Lauder Companies spanned several roles from 2009 to 2016, including Manager of Global Communications for multiple luxury fragrance brands, reaching over 40 markets. Earlier experience includes public relations at Organic Valley and a curatorial internship at Bates College, where a Bachelor's degree in History and Criticism of Art and Visual Culture was obtained, alongside a study abroad program at Charles University.

Kieve Wavus Education (KWE) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to leading experiential and educational programs for building healthy, resilient, and engaged communities of teachers and learners. Located on Damariscotta Lake in rural Midcoast Maine, KWE runs three primary programs across two main campuses: Camp Kieve, Wavus Camp, and The Leadership School. In addition, KWE hosts a variety of retreats for a diverse set of groups throughout the year. Each program is guided by our mission: to empower people to contribute positively to society by promoting the values of kindness, respect for others, and environmental stewardship.
