Daniel Dougherty

Daniel Dougherty is a Transmission Line Engineer at Kiewit since July 2023, where responsibilities include performing calculations for transmission line design, providing marked-up drawings, and utilizing engineering applications like PLS-CADD. Previously, Daniel served as a Student Ambassador at Marietta College from January 2020 to January 2023, conducting campus tours and organizing Open House events. Daniel gained valuable experience as a Reservoir Engineer Intern at Ovintiv in summer 2022, completing a study on well relationships and analyzing data trends. Other internships include a Field Engineer Intern position at NiSource, where Daniel designed natural gas pipelines, and a summer shadowing role at CNX, engaging with various engineering disciplines in the oil and gas industry. Additionally, Daniel worked as a Package Handler at UPS during summer 2020. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College, graduating in May 2023.
