Dennis Leonard

Dennis Leonard, MS, RSP®, RCHP®, RRMP® is the Group Safety Operations Leadership Development Director at 1OGC Kiewit. They previously served as the Director of System Safety and Security at the California High-Speed Rail Authority, where they led risk management efforts and developed corrective action plans. With extensive experience in safety leadership at Kiewit, Dennis directed safety operations, achieved significant reductions in claims costs, and facilitated innovative safety programs. They hold a Master of Science in Safety and Risk Management from the Davidson Institute of Safety Sciences and are a combat-disabled veteran.
