Kayla Gilleland

Kayla Gilleland is an experienced Agile Project Manager currently working at Buildertrend since March 2015, where previous roles included Associate Project Manager and Customer Success Internship Manager. In these positions, Kayla has conducted interviews, managed a team of over 15 individuals, and delivered customer support to clients across more than 30 countries. Earlier experience includes serving as Sales Lead Manager at Pier 1 Imports, where responsibilities involved organizing daily tasks and managing sales goals, as well as working as a Service Clerk at Walgreens, providing support across various retail areas. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bellevue University and an Associate’s Degree from Metropolitan Community College.
