Michelle Riepl

Michelle Riepl, CIMP, is a seasoned Data Quality Analyst with extensive experience at Kiewit since April 2007. In the role of Senior BI Analyst, Data Enablement, and as Data Lead for Data Governance, Michelle has demonstrated proficiency in both passive and active quality analysis using SAP Information Steward and WinShuttle Studio. Previous positions include Technology Group Products Project Manager, where responsibilities included ERP solution identification and cost analysis, as well as Master Data/Metadata Manager, focusing on continuous improvement in collaboration with business partners. Michelle also served as IM Manager ERP, leading business process transformation and SAP implementation projects, particularly in the HCM domain. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Developer at Valmont Industries from February 1999 to April 2007. Michelle holds degrees from Metropolitan Community College and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
