Ralph de Guzman

Ralph De Guzman is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as a Procurement Manager at Kiewit since August 2015, overseeing a team in the operational execution of the TransMountain Expansion Project valued at $30.9 billion. Previously, Ralph held positions such as Purchasing Lead and Purchasing Agent within Kiewit, where responsibilities included procurement activities for the TransMountain Expansion Project and managing the closeout processes for Imperial Oil’s Kearl Deoxygenation plant. Prior to Kiewit, Ralph worked at Metso from May 2013 to March 2015, first as a Proposal Specialist, managing proposal-related activities for process equipment in the Americas and flotation equipment globally, and as an Engineering Intern, developing estimating tools for Life Cycle Services. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Mining Engineering from McGill University, completed in 2013.
