Spencer Mills

Spencer Mills, PE, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil engineering and structural design. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Kiewit since May 2019, Spencer has previously held project management roles at Hayward Baker from March 2016 to May 2019, as well as positions as Operations Manager and Project Engineer within the same company. Spencer's career began in sales at Pioneer Sand & Gravel from July 2004 to December 2007. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, completed in 2007.
