Xuan Wu

Xuan Wu is a Civil Engineer in Training currently employed at Kiewit since July 2023. Prior to this role, Xuan worked at McGill University from December 2021 to September 2022 as a Research Assistant focused on Green Energy, conducting field experiments on hybrid electric vehicle emissions and analyzing data using QGIS, MATLAB, and Python. Xuan also served as a Head Teaching Assistant for a Surveying Internship, assisting students with survey instruments and delivering weekly tutorials. Additionally, Xuan contributed as a Research Assistant in Structural Analysis, creating 3D models of masonry façades and performing parametric analysis on their structural integrity. Xuan is pursuing a Master’s degree in Sustainable Design and Construction at Stanford University, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McGill University.
