Taku Shimizu

Taku Shimizu has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Software Programmer at SoftHouse for six months. Later that year, they joined SoFTHouse Co.,LTD as an employee for a brief period. In 2009, Taku transitioned to a role as a Sales-person at Tokyu Store, where they worked for two and a half years. In 2012, they became a Software Engineer at Ariel Networks, Inc. for three months before joining Sazaby League HR as a Software Engineer. At Sazaby League HR, they worked for two years, developing software.

In 2016, Taku Shimizu joined Kii, Inc. as a DevOps Engineer. At Kii, they gained expertise in various cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and the HashiCorp Stack. Taku successfully designed and maintained scalable cloud solutions for multiple projects and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous delivery and improvement of applications and infrastructure. Taku is well-versed in implementing and maintaining container technologies, while incorporating industry standards and best practices.

Taku Shimizu completed their undergraduate education at Chuo University from 2004 to 2008, majoring in Literature with a focus on Second Language Acquisition.
