Cristina Rionda-Gonzalez, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and entrepreneurship. Cristina is currently the Human Resources Director at Kiki on the River, a successful restaurant group in Miami. Prior to this role, they started their own company called Cris Tassel, where they designed and sold unique handbags. Cristina also has experience in the insurance industry, having worked as an Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Manager at Validus Holdings, Ltd. for nearly a decade. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at ADP and as a Human Resources Manager at Loews Hotels. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their expertise in strategic HR planning, employee relations, and compliance.

Cristina Rionda-Gonzalez holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on International Business, which they obtained from the University of Miami Herbert Business School from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Restaurant/Food Service Management from Florida International University between 1997 and 2001.
