Tony Borges has extensive experience in the hospitality and property management sectors. Currently serving as a Server at Kiki on the River since November 2018, Tony provides professional and engaging service while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Previously, from September 2016 to May 2018, Tony worked as a Property Manager at Tovaste Management, LLC., where responsibilities included overseeing operations for multiple apartment complexes, conducting market analysis, managing lease agreements, and maintaining financial records. Additionally, from March 2015 to April 2016, Tony held the position of Assistant Manager at Adrian Fish Market & Restaurant, where operational management, employee training, and marketing initiatives were key functions. Tony holds both an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Barry University, completed in 2016.

Refined Greek Restaurant Introduces Modern Spin on Old World, Traditional Greek Cuisine, In a Waterfront Garden Setting. Romantic and contemporary, Kiki embraces the hospitality and spirit of the Greek islands with that sense of meticulously-scuffed elegance that only a windswept waterfront garden can provide. Kiki is a passion project by Opium Group founder Roman Jones, former Philippe Chow Miami managing partner, Aris Nanos, and hospitality executive Lee Lyon. Creative Director, Ghosthouse Creative Group’s Mark Lehmkuhl conceptualized the one-of-a-kind design.
