Currently serving as Senior Global Product Manager at KIKO MILANO since September 2019, Federica previously held the role of Global Product Marketing Manager. Prior experience includes positions at L'Oréal from April 2017 to September 2019, where responsibilities spanned from Product & Education Manager to Junior Product Manager and Trainee Marketing. Earlier, Federica worked as a Retail Marketing Intern at Colgate-Palmolive for a brief period. Academically, Federica holds a Laurea magistrale in Management and a Laurea triennale in Economia e Gestione delle imprese from Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli, complemented by a diploma from Liceo classico Giosuè Carducci.
