Adam E. Paul

Adam is the President of Kilan Solutions overseeing strategic planning and vision for the firm as well supervising the marketing effort and supporting client management.

He manages the Transportation Technology Services practice. This division encompasses the planning, design, integration, operation, and maintenance of Intelligent Transportation Systems (TS), Electronic Toll Collection Systems (ETCS) and Network Communication Systems (NCS).

He specializes in Information Technology (IT) governance and strategic planning, IT program and portfolio management, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), business and technical analysis, enterprise system requirements management, business process development and reengineering, technical procurement support, Owner's Representation and Independent Verification and Validation.

As a certified Project Management Professional and Risk Management Professional, Adam brings many years of real-life expertise and lessons learned from large-scale program and project initiatives to support the success of Kilan's clients.
