Pamela R. Paul

Pam is the CEO of Kilan Solutions and oversees its operations, administration, and client management.

She also manages the IT Consulting Services practice which includes the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and training of enterprise applications, Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Enterprise Asset Management systems (EAM), and Back Office Systems (BOS) primarily for transportation authorities, municipalities and federal government agencies.

Additionally, Pam is actively involved in the external outreach and marketing of the firm. She is an experienced project manager and technical consultant whose expertise is focused in the planning, procurement, design, implementation and operation of large-scale enterprise applications throughout the public sector.

These applications include Back Office Systems (BOS), enterprise Capital Program Management Solutions (CPMS), Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Eterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.

Pam's professional desire is to bring business process and technical efficiencies to Kilan's clients by successfully supporting and helping to implement their strategic goals and initiatives.
